I should really be writing my gym going down other than in my meal tracker, but you know.
I, uh, only ran 3km today, though it was mostly at a 7min/km pace, which is faster than I usually go. Until I almost fell off the treadmill and accidentally pulled the emergency stop cord which ended the thing. And I just did not feel like starting over.
I did another few minutes of weight training and whatnot before coming home and completely wiping all of that out by making and eating a lot of tacos.
